Description
Why Masters Triple Magnesium
Most magnesium supplements are magnesium oxide, which is cheap and poorly absorbed. This one uses three better-tolerated organic forms instead — malate, buffered glycinate and taurate — and doses them properly: a full three-capsule serving provides 387mg of elemental magnesium, which is 103% of the daily reference value. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.*
The dose is split across three capsules on purpose, so you can take one, two or three a day and know exactly what you are getting. Zinc and vitamin B6 come along at 50% and 99% NRV. Suitable for vegans, made in the UK to GMP and ISO standards.

Masters Triple Magnesium — frequently asked questions
Why three forms of magnesium instead of one?
Malate, glycinate and taurate are all organic magnesium salts that are generally better tolerated than magnesium oxide. Blending them spreads the elemental magnesium across three sources rather than relying on any single one.
How many capsules should I take?
Anywhere from one to three a day. Three capsules give the full 387mg of elemental magnesium — 103% of the daily reference value. One capsule gives roughly a third of that.
When is the best time to take it?
There is no required timing. Many people take magnesium in the evening because it is convenient rather than because the evidence demands it. Take it consistently at whatever time you will remember.
Does it contain magnesium stearate?
Yes. Magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide are used as anti-caking agents in this formula, and both are listed in the ingredients.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes. The capsule shell is HPMC, a plant-derived cellulose, and no animal-derived ingredients are used.
