Why is the only claim about vitamin C?

Because it is the only one this formula can lawfully support. Glucosamine, MSM and turmeric have no authorised health claims in Great Britain, so nothing on this page may imply a joint benefit from them. Vitamin C at 15% of the reference value does meet the threshold for its authorised cartilage and bone collagen claim.

Is the glucosamine from shellfish?

No. This is vegan glucosamine hydrochloride, produced by fermentation rather than from crustacean shells, so there is no shellfish allergen in this product.

How long does a pot last?

Between 20 and 30 days, depending on whether you take two or three capsules a day.

Can I take it alongside the rest of the range?

Yes. It shares no overlapping nutrient with Masters Creatine or Masters Hydrate. If you also take Masters Daily Multivitamin, note that both contain vitamin C — the combined intake is still well within normal daily amounts.
