All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch. We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details on our servers.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are lawful to import and possess in their jurisdiction.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, we do not accept returns of opened products. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.
