Description
The most complete baseline we offer, for people who take the long view. This longevity blood test adds the advanced markers that matter for healthspan — cardiovascular risk, metabolic and nutrient status — on top of a full blood count and the complete hormone axis, designed to be repeated annually so you can see how these markers change over time.
We give you access to your data — not medical advice. This test returns laboratory results and general information only. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment or a clinical opinion. No clinician reviews or comments on your results before they reach you — you receive your numbers against standard reference ranges, and interpreting them is for you and your GP. If a result falls outside the reference range, or you feel unwell, contact your GP; in an emergency call 111 or 999. You must be 18 or over to order.

Who this test is for
Anyone serious about long-term health who wants the deepest ready-made panel we offer — tracking cardiovascular, hormonal, metabolic and nutrient markers year on year rather than reacting to a single snapshot.
How the test works
- Order online — checkout takes a couple of minutes.
- Book your appointment — choose one of our UK partner clinic network across the UK for a quick venous blood draw.
- Your sample is couriered to a CQC-registered, UKAS-accredited UK laboratory.
- Your private results — a clear, secure PDF report of your numbers, sent as soon as the laboratory reports them.
Understanding your results
Markers like ApoB, Lipoprotein(a) and homocysteine give a more nuanced view of cardiovascular risk than a standard cholesterol test alone. This panel is for information and long-term monitoring, not diagnosis; review anything of concern with your GP. Your results are private. They are handled as confidential health data and delivered to you securely. They are shared only with our laboratory partner in order to process your test, and otherwise never without your consent.
Longevity blood test — frequently asked questions
What makes this different from a standard health check?
It adds advanced cardiovascular markers (ApoB, Lipoprotein(a)), homocysteine, thyroid antibodies, zinc and a full metabolic workup on top of a comprehensive baseline — the deepest ready-made panel we offer.
Why is ApoB or Lipoprotein(a) worth measuring?
They can reveal cardiovascular risk that standard cholesterol numbers miss, and Lipoprotein(a) is largely genetic — worth knowing once. Interpret results with your doctor.
Is this a home or clinic test?
It’s a venous blood draw at one of our UK partner clinics, as the panel’s depth requires a venous sample.
How often should I repeat it?
Annually is a sensible cadence for long-term tracking, so you can watch trends over the years.
When will results be ready?
Typicallysent as soon as the laboratory reports them of the laboratory receiving your sample.
