Due to safety and contamination risks, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Optimised Lifestyle is not responsible for delays caused by postal service disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, or courier delays. If a package is marked as delivered by the courier, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund but will assist where possible.
