Blood Tests UK — At-Home & Clinic Blood Testing
Understand your health from home. Optimised Lifestyle blood tests let you check the numbers that matter — hormones, cholesterol, thyroid, nutrients and more — with a simple finger-prick sample or a clinic visit, analysed in a CQC-registered, UKAS-accredited UK laboratory. Clear, private results. Test, don’t guess.
We give you access to your data — not medical advice. This test returns laboratory results and general information only. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment or a clinical opinion. No clinician reviews or comments on your results before they reach you — you receive your numbers against standard reference ranges, and interpreting them is for you and your GP. If a result falls outside the reference range, or you feel unwell, contact your GP; in an emergency call 111 or 999. You must be 18 or over to order.

Blood testing — frequently asked questions
How accurate are the tests?
Every sample is analysed in a CQC-registered, UKAS-accredited UK laboratory, to the same accreditation standard used by NHS and private laboratories. Accuracy also depends on collecting a good-quality sample and posting it back the same day — the kit instructions explain how.
Do I have to visit a clinic?
Most of our tests are simple at-home finger-prick kits posted to your door, with a prepaid return envelope. A few advanced panels need a venous draw, which we arrange at one of our UK partner clinic network across the UK.
How quickly will I get my results?
Results are sent as soon as the laboratory reports them of the laboratory receiving your sample, delivered as a clear, secure private report.
Are my results confidential?
Always. Your results are handled as confidential health data and delivered to you securely. They are shared only with our laboratory partner in order to process your test, and otherwise never without your consent.
Can these tests diagnose a condition?
No. Our tests give you accurate, private information about your biomarkers to help you understand your health and have informed conversations. They are not a diagnosis — anything outside the normal range should be discussed with a doctor. Not sure how to read your report once it arrives? See our guide: How to Read a Blood Test Report.
