Description
Pen Needles 32G x 4mm — Laboratory Research Grade
Ultra-fine 0.23mm diameter x 4mm pen needles designed for use with standard 3ml cartridge injection pen systems. Compatible with the Optimised Lifestyle Peptide Pen Injector and all standard ISO-compliant pen needle connectors.
32G x 4mm is the shortest and finest standard pen needle specification, used in precision laboratory injection protocols where minimal penetration depth and tissue disruption are required. Supplied as a pack of 10 individually sealed sterile needles.
Need a longer needle? The 31G x 6mm pen needles are also available in packs of 10. Not sure which to choose? Read the peptide needle size guide.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between 4mm and 6mm pen needles?
Length and gauge. The 32G x 4mm needle is shorter and finer (0.23mm diameter) than the 31G x 6mm (0.25mm diameter), giving the shallowest penetration depth of the standard pen needle range. Both use the same universal thread and fit the same pen injectors, so the choice comes down to the depth required by the research protocol.
Are 32G x 4mm pen needles compatible with the Optimised Lifestyle Peptide Pen?
Yes. They use the universal pen needle thread, so they fit the Optimised Lifestyle Peptide Pen Injector, the Peptide Pen Kit, and any standard ISO-compliant 3ml cartridge pen system.
How many needles are in a pack and can they be reused?
Each pack contains 10 individually sterile-sealed needles. They are strictly single-use: a needle should be attached immediately before use and disposed of in a sharps container straight after. Reuse compromises sterility and blunts the tip.
⚠️ For laboratory research use only. Single use. Dispose of safely after each use in an appropriate sharps container. Not for human clinical use.
