How long does a pot last?

120 capsules is four months at one a day, or around six weeks at three.

Is it suitable for vegans?

No — vegetarians only. Everything else in the Masters capsule range apart from the krill oil is suitable for vegans.

Why does it contain iron?

Iron at 50% of the reference value is included because intake is commonly low, particularly in women. Because iron is the nutrient most often involved in accidental overdose in young children, keep the pot well out of their sight and reach.

Can I take it with the rest of the Masters range?

Yes. If you also take Masters Vitamin D3 + K2 or Masters Joint Complex, be aware that vitamin D, K2 and vitamin C appear in more than one product, so add up your total daily intake rather than assuming each is separate.
